Eli's Brick Oven Pizza and Market Opens on Whitney Avenue
at Site of Former Bimontes Pizza

You have driven by hundreds of times and wondered, what is going on in the old

Bimonte's building? Well since May 2005, 2402 Whitney Avenue has undergone a million

dollar renovation and has now become Eli's Brick Oven Pizza and Market.

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on Friday September 16th with Mayor Carl J. Amento

and enjoy a sampling of their brick oven specialty. Now decorated in a modern Italian theme

with a tuscan flair the restaurant features an 80 person dining room and an Italian market with

meals to go.

Eli's Brick Oven Pizza and Market will be open for lunch and dinner daily (10am - 10pm) and will

feature a southern Italian menu that includes: soups, salads, calzones, pasta dinners, traditional

and gourmet New Haven Style Brick Oven pizza and a children's menu.
