The chef "Amy" has loved cooking since a young age. Her cooking technique from scratch is original. Thai food at the TERRACE RESTAURANT tastes as authentic as it does in Thailand. Amy is a long time student in England at Brighton and cook previously for the son of the famous restaurant owner in Thailand. She also graduated from French Culinary School in Leon, France.
Amy’s famous Green Curry Seafood, Spring Roll, Massaman Lamb and duck Curry are the most recommended. The owners have lived in Hamden for 6 years now, and, now their dream has come true. She always said, " When I 'm cooking, I put my heart to it". This is the feeling of the chef so come out to "THE TERRACE RESTAURANT".
