The Help Desk is an arm of the Mayor's Office specifically created to assist Hamden residents with any and all town-related questions or concerns. The staff is knowledgeable in general Town-wide information and can direct residents to the appropriate department/individual for more prompt and efficient service. With oversight of the Service Request data base, the Help Desk is able to follow-up with every department throughout the Town and ensure swift resolution to issues ranging from pot holes to assessment questions.
