Walkable Sidewalks Project

The public meeting will be virtual, live streamed online via Zoom. Instructions on how to access the meeting and how to provide comments or ask questions can be found here: https://www.hamden.com/769/Walkable-Sidewalks-Project-CTDOT-61-153 

The project involves proposed new sidewalks, accommodations for bicyclists, traffic calming measures, and other related improvements on Augur Street, Benham Street, Davis Street, and Treadwell Street.

Individuals with limited internet access can listen to the meeting by calling +1 (646) 558-8656 and entering the following when prompted: Meeting ID: 916 5166 2289; Passcode: 394668.  Individuals may request project information be mailed to them by contacting the Town as shown below. (Allow one week for processing and delivery.) Persons with hearing and/or speech disabilities may dial 711 for Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS). The live streams generally offer closed captioning for the hearing impaired and non-English translation options. 

The meeting will be recorded and posted on YouTube following the event, and closed captioning (including non-English translations options) will be available at that time. The recording will also be available on the Town’s website https://www.hamden.com/.  There will be a 14-day comment period ending July 14, 2021.
