Hamden Parking Ban Terminated, Transfer Station Re-Opened
Hamden – Mayor Lauren Garrett and Public Works Director Joseph Colello have indicated that the parking ban for the Town of Hamden is terminated effective March 1st 2023 at 9:00AM. This termination of the parking ban is being declared pursuant to Section 71.04 of the Code of the Town of Hamden.
The Hamden Transfer Station has also resumed regular operations with normal business hours.
Property owners are reminded of their responsibility to clear all snow and ice from sidewalks in front of their property to create a passable walkway.
Mayor Lauren Garrett thanks the Public Works Department for their efforts in clearing the snow off of our roads and keeping Hamden safe.
